2008 Non-Profit Exhibitor Information

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the 2008 Monroe County Fair. We are pleased to have you join our family of fair vendors and as a 501 c3 Non-Profit organization ourselves, want to help showcase your mission. Each year, we make 10 exhibit spaces available to Non-Profit's on a first come first serve basis. To request a Non-Profit exhibit space call Tom Gamble at 585-334-4000 or send an email requesting a NonProfit Application to email: tomgamble@mcfair.com . Upon review, I may also request a copy of your IRS Letter. Once your application has been accepted, I will send you a contract as a .pdf file vial email. Please print it out, sign it and return it with your payment via US Mail.

A signed contract, payment in full, Certificate of Insurance, and NYS Sales Tax Certificate are all required before your registration is complete. You may not set up until fully registered.

Please note, Non-Profit tables are located in the Dome Arena only. Non-Profit locations are assigned on a first come, first serve basis and may not be changed after July 8, 2008.

All vehicles must be off the fairgrounds each day at least one (1) hour before the fair opens. Exhibitor/vendor parking will be in designated areas only. For further information, please contact me at 585-334-4000 or email: tomgamble@mcfair.com. Thank you.
