Thank you for your interest in vending at the 2008 Monroe County Fair. This year, we will continue to build on the fair's new footprint.

- Indoor Commercial Vending Locations are available at $400 per booth.
- Outdoor Locations are available at $45 per frontal foot.
- For a 10' Outdoor Commercial space, this represents a rental fee of $450.
- Please note that electric is extra in all locations.
- A signed contract, payment of all fees (including Vendor Performance Deposit), Certificate of Insurance, and NYS Sales Tax Certificate are all required before your registration is complete. You may not set up until fully registered. Please note,all Commercial Vendor locations are assigned on a first come, first serve basis and may not be changed after July 8, 2008.

- If you have not exhibited at the fair before, we may also request a photo of your booth.
- Once your application has been accepted, I will send you a contract as a PDF file via email. Please print it our and return it to me via US MAIL.
