Nonprofit Exhibitors are defined as those organizations which hold an IRS letter which certifies their nonprofit staus. Please note as a 501 c[3]nonprofit organization, the Monroe County Fair neither endorses nor opposes any candidates or causes.

Nonprofit locations are in the Dome Arena and rent for $150 per 8'x10' booth

  • Space is defined by half-drape and includes an 8' uncovered table and 2 chairs.

Please note that electric is extra in all locations.

A signed contract, payment of all fees (including Vendor Performance Deposit), Certificate of Insurance, and NYS Sales Tax Certificate are all required before your registration is complete. You may not set up until fully registered. Please note,all Commercial Vendor locations are assigned on a first come, first serve basis and may not be changed after July 13, 2010.
